Am I eligible for Ph.D part time in management after doing MBA marketing from IGNOU


I have done my MBA (marketing) from IGNOU and cleared UGC NET in 2012. Am I eligible for Ph.D. partime in Management from any reputed university/institute ? Can you please provide me with the list of universities offering Ph D part time in Management?
