Re: Am I eligible for SBI PO exam after scoring 56% in graduation? I belong to OBC category
There is no percentage of marks criteria in Graduation to apply for bank P.O. exam especially conducted by SBI and IBPS(Institute of Banking Personal Selection), only a pass in Graduation is sufficient to apply for P.O. exam along with other eligibility criteria.
But some private banks have percentage of marks criteria in Graduation ranging from 50% to 60% for application to their P.O. exam. Apart from this the eligible candidate must be an Indian Citizen having completed Graduation in any stream from a recognised University within the age of 21 to 30 years with upper age relaxation for OBC candidate up to 3 years and for SC/ST candidate up to 5 years.
