Am I eligible to sit for NET exam? I am pursuing french language from common european framework


I am pursuing french language from Common European Framework of reference for Languages (CEFR). I want to know am I eligible to sit to net exam after completing DALF C2 level?? Is DALF C2 level is equivalent to the master degree????
