How can I do B.Sc in Nautical Science after completing Diploma in Nautical Science? Do I have to complete even my Seatime hours even after completing one year course of diploma to pursue B.Sc? And how tough is it to get a vessel in order to complete Seatime hours?

=> B.Sc. Nautical Science or Bachelor of Science in Nautical Science is an undergraduate Aqua Culture course.

=> The duration of this course is three years.

=> For this course candidate must have passed 12th class in science stream (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) from a recognized board.

=> As per my knowledge, you are not eligible to study B.Sc in Nautical Science after completing Diploma in Nautical Science.

Indira Gandhi National Open University contacts a written examination in collaboration with Directorate General of Shipping, Mumbai, for admission in BSC in Nautical Science.

To be eligible for examination the candidate must have done 12th with physics, chemistry and mathematics with minimum of 55% marks in PCM and 50% marks in English.

The duration of this course is 3 years.
