Hello everyone,
I am a non-GATE final year B.Tech Student in Electrical Engineering.
I want to take admission in M.Tech course in this year.
Am I eligible for this course as I haven't applied for GATE?
Please reply as soon as possible.

GATE stands for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering.

This entrance exam is conducted by the Indian institute of Technology for the master's degree course in technology.

Since you have not applied for GATE exam, you will not be eligible to pursue your master's degree in technology from a top reputed institutes like IITs, NITs or government engineering colleges.

Some private universities may give you admission but there will be no profit of pursuing master's degree from private universities.

So, appear for GATE exam next year to get good college for M.Tech.
