I have completed Bsc(microbiology, botany,Chemistry) and B.Ed (Bioscience,English) am I eligible for tstet 2016 or not? Please tell me.

Eligibility criteria for TS TET:

Applicant should have degree with teacher education courses by the NCTE or RCI/ language Pandit training courses. Candidates who are pursuing final year Any teacher education courses on language Pandit training courses can also appear for the TS TET 2016.
No age limit is specified.

Yes, you are eligible for TSTET 2016 exam.

Those candidates who have competed graduation degree and B.Ed course from a recognized university are eligible for TSTET exam 2016.

There is no age criteria.

TSTET is the is the teacher recruitment test in the state of Telangana State and as you are of graduate and B.Ed passed out you can apply for the TSTET 2016 examination.

There are two kinds of recruitment in the TSTET examination such as
Primary and secondary class teachers

Minimum eligibility for Primary Class teacher

1. Should have passed Intermediate | Senior secondary with at least 45% of the marks or 2 years diploma or more can apply for this primary class teacher of I to V th class teacher

Minimum eligibility for Secondary class teacher

1. Should have completed Intermediate with /bachelors of Education in finale year or completed can appear for the TET examination for class VI to Xth teacher

These are the minimum eligibility to appear for the TSTET examination 2016

TSTET stands for Telangana State Teacher Eligibility Test.
It is conducted by State Govt of Telangana in every year for recruitment of teachers in the Telangana state board schools.
TS-TET is conducted in 2 papers in which paper I is for for STD 1 to 5 while paper II is for 6 to 8.
Both papers will be of 150 marks.
Eligibility to appear in TS TET are
-Candidate must have completed 12th boards examination for paper I and graduation for paper II.
-Candidates must have D.Ed for paper I and B.Ed for paper II

B.Ed stands for Bachelor of Education. It is 2 year degree course after completing graduation or Bachelor degree from a recognized university.
D.Ed stands for Diploma of Education. It is also 2 year degree program but after 12th.

The general candidates need 60% or more score in TSTET to qualify while OBC need 50% and SC/ST need only 40%.

TSTET score card is valid for 7 years from the date of TET concerned.

Yes. You are eligible to apply for TS TET as you have passed bachelor's degree with B.Ed.

- Child Development & Pedagology : 30 Marks
- Language I : 30 Marks
- Language II : 30 Marks
- Maths : 30 Marks
- Environmental Studies : 30 Marks

Paper II (For Class VI-VIII)
- Child Development & Pedagology : 30 Marks
- Language I : 30 Marks
- Language II : 30 Marks
- Maths and Science For Science Teacher / Social Studies and Social Science For Social Science Teacher : 60 Marks

I am having graduation and Indira Gandhi open University B.Ed.,passed as inservice teacher.
Now, am I eligible for writing TS Tet paper I(Class I-V).I was considered eligible for C Tet paper I exam.
Please clarify me this.
