Diploma candidates are not eligible to apply for UPSC Examination because diploma is not equivalent to graduation. Minimum Qualification to apply for UPSC Examination is that candidate must have a completed bachelor's degree from a reputed Institution. Even though those who have a completed Intermediate may also eligible to apply. But diploma candidates are not eligible to apply. There is no UPSC Conducts for Diploma candidates. Intermediate candidates are eligible to apply for SCRA and NDA Examination. Degree candidates are eligible to apply for Civil Service Examination, Central Armed Police Force Exam, Engineering Exam, CDS Examination and SCRA Examination. There is no entries for diploma candidates but after completing degree course you are eligible to apply for UPSC Examination.
