Am I eligible for USA top university after scoring 76% in 10th, 73% in 12th


76% in 10th , 73% in 12th, upto 3rd year my aggregate is 50% only , I will complete my BE in instrumentation , so can I eligible for usa top university

If you want to get into top universities, then you need atleast 90 to 95% marks.
Moreover class 12 marks are not adequate to get admission.
For getting admission , you have to take some of the standardize tests. For getting admission into prestigious university along with scholarship , your intermediate score must be more than 90% .
