You can apply for any of the PG level courses only after completing graduation. Also candidates who have cleared engineering exam are eligible to attend competitive exams like GRE or GATE. So try to complete backlogs as soon as possible. At the same time you can prepare for competitive tests. You can make self preparation or can rely on coaching centers for exam preparation.
