I've secured 68% in 10th (CBSE), 58% in 12th (CBSE), 45% in B.Com (Kerala University) & I've got a CGPA of 3.47/4 while pursuing my M.B.A from the University Of Toledo which is tied up with P.S.G (Institute Of Advanced Studies)..!!!.... Am I eligible to write an Ibps exam in the case of a management trainee or finance analyst..!!!

Yes,you can write IBPS exam being management trainee or finance analyst for the post of PO,IT officer etc .

The eligibility to apply for IBPS P.O. exam are as under:-

-The candidate should have a graduation degree with minimum 60%(55% for SC/ST/PWD) marks in any discipline from a recognized university.

-The candidate should have a certificate/diploma/degree in Computer Operations/Languages from an institute/college/university.

-The candidate age limit to apply for the exam is from 20 years to 30 years for general category.There is age relaxation for OBC candidate by 3 years and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

-The IBPS exam questions are from English,General awareness, Marketing and Computers, Quantitative aptitude,Test of reasoning.

-The exam process is conducted in different stages;

*Preliminary Examination,

*Main Examination,

*Personal Interview.


IBPS conducts Specialist Officer CWE exams once in a year to make recruitment for the post of IT officer in the Bank.


The eligibility criteria for the post of IT officer in Bank are following:-

-The candidate should have passed Graduation or any equivalent degree or post graduation in any discipline with atleast 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.

-The candidate age limit for specialist officers post should be from 21 years to 30 years.There is relaxation in upper age limit for reserved categories candidates Government.

-The selection procedure for the post of IT officer involves written test followed by Personal Interview.
