No your not eligible for MBA Entrance Examination because you having backlogs in your B.tech course , To apply for MBA Entrance Examination you should complete Bachelor degree with Minimum 50% percentage of marks from recognized University .

Note :- To apply for MAT and GMAT Examination, there is no Minimum percentage of marks required for MAT and GMAT Examination . Pass is enough to apply for this Examination .
