What is the cost of demand draft and postage stamp for applying special class railway apprentice for the month of February 2011

there is no demand draft required for filling the form of special class railway apprentice (SCRA) exam. only you have to affix a postage stamp of 50rs which you will get from the post office.

To apply in SCRA you need to buy application form for Rs 20 and get it cancelled by Rs 100 Cancellation stamp from the gpo where you obtained the form. You will need to affix postage stamp of Rs 6 on the acknowledgment card and send it alongwith the application form. the application form can be send through post or through courier or by in person.
There is no requirement of Demand Draft for SCRA exam or in any UPSC exams.

SCRA Exam

SCRA is stand for Special Class Railway Apprentice. It is the high

level job of Indian Railway. If you are interested to apply the

SCRA-2011 exam then you can apply before 25/4/2011 because

according to notification the last date is 25/4/2011.

Application fee :

For online application :- Rs.- 50.

For offline application :- Rs.- 100.

I am attaching the instruction manual of SCRA-2011 exam in which

you will find all information about SCRA-2011 exam. Please see it.
