The application forms are not yet available and the notification for the same is yet to be publish. However, as per CBSE, the application forms will be available soon, maybe in the first week of January.

The examination has been scheduled on 01-04-2012,
The Main exam will be held on 13-05-2012.

The notification will be published on the official website of AIPMT. Therefore, you must keep visiting the site to keep yourself updated.

PRELIMINARY EXAMINATION
01-04-2012 (SUNDAY)

FINAL EXAMINATION
13-05-2012 (SUNDAY)

sir I want your help to know about documents required wit h A.I.P.M.T form is it important to send my SC cirtificate with my applicante form ? is it so then can I siiend my father's SC cast certificate with the document because my cast certificate is not ready right now please explain me thankyou
