If you are interested in Mathematics and would like to pursue your higher studies in the same, I would suggest you to go for Actuarial Science.
Professionals of this field are know as actuary and are responsible to enable insurance and finance industry to make better-informed decissions, modelling the future by analysing the past and assessing the risks involved.

In order to be eligible for the course, you must have scored a minimum of 85% in Maths/Statistics in the +2 level of exam.
There are a total of 15 papers which you need to qualify and therefore, therefore the duration of the course is not fixed. The time you qualify all the 15 papers, you will become an actuary.

There are various universities apart from the Institute of Actuaries of India (IAI) which offers learning programs in this field. Some of them are:

University of Mumbai
Kurukshetra University
Allagappa University
Delhi University

iam interested in civils as iam 12th completed student i have to get graduation please suggest me the related courses available in maths

Sir I am a financially poor student, I can not afford expensive and long duration course please guide me to built my career. I have just completed my 12th (Math) in hindi medium.I want to peruse a short term (1 -2year) course which should not be so expensive but after completion of this course I would like earn my livelihood.

If you are interested in maths then apart from doing B.Sc hons in mathematics you can also do statistics hons. There is lots of scopes and opportunities in both the fields. After doing M.Sc you can go for PhD or M.Phil. You can give the NET exam after that and look for jobs in education field. This will give you a very good opportunity to be in touch with your subject forever.

You can apply for NDA exam in which General Ability Test and Mathematics test is conducted only. Then physical training is also taken.
If you are selected you can serve your country by joining army, air force, navy, naval academy.

And also, Engineering is other option.
Many other courses available if you are interested in maths.

After 12th,if you are interested in maths then you can move towards technical courses like animation/designing video game design/product designing etc. as in these course you can develop your skills & computer programming.These courses have grown lately both nationally and internationally.

BCA, BBA, Bsc, PGDCA are the other courses available for the students with maths background.

There are many courses available after 12th and that too carrying mathematics with it.You can go for engineering line if you have completed your 12th with non-medical as specialization. Or you can do BBA if you have selected commerce as your main field.Both of the carrier lines carry mathematics with it. For getting an entry into these courses,you will have to appear for AIEEE test (in case of engineering) OR you can go for GAT UGM,AIMA UGT,SET for getting a seat in IITs and other such insititutes (in case of BBA). Moreover, if you want to directly jump into these degrees,you can contact any of the renounced universities. For instance. i have heard about one of the rising insitutes like Lovely Professonal University, they are doing very well in these fields. Apart from that,they have been providing with very attractive scholarship schemes.Try any one out of them. but ya they will always provide u with a better future

Yes their are many courses are available for students of maths after completing the 12th class and as you are interested in the maths so their will be huge opportunities will be available for your in the future.

You can go for the different courses based on the maths first is Bachelor in Arts degree with the maths subject as main and this is a nice and well reputed course of 3 years as maths subject brand value is itself big.

And also you can for the bachelor in science degree also and choose your main subject as maths means do b.sc with maths and also for this the qualification is same 3 years and also you can do the b.sc with maths honors as this is a highlt reputed course.

There are various course as well as Job available for a 12th class pass student.
The best option available in front of you is to go for NDA and get a officer level job at the starting of your career and let government pay for your rest of the studies and make you a good and dedicated person.

NDA eligibility :-


1. 16.5-19 years of age
2. No relaxation
3. Only Males candidate can apply
4. Only Indian citizen are eligible
5. Only unmarried candidate are eligible
6. Maths and Physics should be compulsory subject

If not NDA then the Next option is Engineering, For admission you have to clear the entrance exam such as
