I am vikas sharma have completes b.tech[ECE].I want to do goverenment job.Please aware me regarding jobs and related test.

You can look for jobs ib government sector.......
Civil services
defense services
indian railway
aviation industry......
You also take up teaching and research in government engineering collages

after completing B.Tech in ECE there are so many options to join in government sector. so many government undertaken public sector unit recruit candidates from B.Tech in Electronics and communication engineering for their various post. few organizations are-

BHEL
BEL
DRDO
ONGC
BSNL
ISRO
NTPC
and many more.

to join in various engineering post in these companies you have to appear in written examination conducted by the particular company to join in a company. they publish notification in their official career website as well as notification come in various job related newspaper like employment news and also in various job portal website in different time of year for different company. you have to apply according to the notification if you fulfill all the eligibility criterion. final year students of B.Tech are eligible for these examinations.

beside this you may try for job in Indian defense sector, Indian railway, Indian civil service etc for which only graduation is required irrespective of the stream of study. to get job in government sector is not so much easy. for a less number of seats so many candidates are appearing in the examination. so you should have very good technical knowledge in your subject then only you will be able to crack the examination and you will be able to compete with others.
