obviously there are so many job opportunity for all stream of engineering along with information science.

i think information science is similar to information technology. so you will be eligible for all jobs which are for Information technology students. there are so many leading private organization those recruit Information technology engineering graduate and post graduate. various leading companies those recruit IT candidates are TCS, CTS, Infosys etc. here you may try for job.

otherwise there are so many small companies also which recruit IT candidates. you may try for job there. you will be eligible all IT and software related job. there are also some government job like in ISRO or in other government organization as well as in Indian army, Indian navy, Indian railway etc sector.

You can follow R.S aggarwal for appitude,technically u should learn basics of the languages like C,C++,java,.NET and your subjects.
