I am running a small froup of companies(IT and Manpower)its a pvt ltd firm. I want to appear for bpsc exam, but i am a history graduate with 49% only.
my age is 27yeasrs. can i appear for thsi exam.

i have also done MBA in marketing and finance with 78% marks ,, ..
