Exilant has a package of 1.5-1.8 for a fresh graduate, this package has not changed from the last 2 years. The company is good and also the working environment surely gets a token of appreciation.

1.written test(aptitude+reasoning+english=15 questions,45 mins)
2.technical interview
3.management level interview
4.HR interview
