As a fresher i need to know whether CSS corp is a right company to join?
Since it is a Business Process Outsourcing Company,I need to know whether there will be an individual growth for a BE Professionalists and what are the options or opportunities for a person towards his/her future who have an experience of 2years in BPO when he/she quit their services to the working company.

CSS Corp is one of the leaders in the field of Customer Management Services. It is a good company if you are aiming at BPO sector. It offers support services in various sectors. So if you are aiming at such work place, the CSS Corp is an ideal company to join. If you are aiming a rather technical aspect of work like other BE graduates, the CSS Corp should not be your ideal option. After two years of experience, you can switch to other BPO of multinational companies like Accenture, TCS, Wipro, etc. If you get into technical position in this company then you can switch to technical roles in various other IT companies.
