im a fresher & i got selected in INFOSYS (BPO) so far i did'nt get offer letter or call letter form there. so i just wanna knw,

When you take a rating of the various BPO's in India, Infosys Bpo does not even come in the top 10. Its demand is purely because of its infy label. Do not go by the looks, esp BPO's. The process that Infosys have are mosly a back office or a help desk for the software clients. So the amount of pay that you will get also be low. There are other top BPO's like Sutherland, who pay and take care of their employees much better than Infosys.

I think Bpo is not a good way to start a career..But in the case of Infy, even though you are paid low in the joining stage, there is a huge scope for development within the company..They offer courses like MBA and PGDM of about 15 international universities..the training will bring the best out of you and it is the best part of Infy as well..

What is the starting salary could i get after completion of b.e in ece and m.tech will will be better. Please reply sir.

dear friend,

INFOSYS BPO is the best BPO other than others BPO. because INFOSYS BPO is also solved the technical help desk.

the salary package for INFOSYS BPO is 12k for freshers.

if you have exp then the salary package is increased to 16k.
so dont worry , you can join in INFOSYS BPO .

Dear friend,
It's not a convenient option to work in the BPOs as it doesn't have that much carrier progress.
Although Infosys is one of the top most companies right now.
You will get a salary of near about 10-12 thousand per month.
May be you should try something other.
For part time job it's quite good.
