I dont think IGNOU offers B.Sc bio-tech

They offer B.Sc in Medical Lab Technology/
B.Sc in Medical Imaging Technology/
B.Sc in Medical Records and Health Information Technology

Yes, B.Sc biotechnology is offered by IGNOU university.

To join this course,you have to pass 12th with at least 50% marks, with biology as a compulsory subject.

To my knowledge, No. IGNOU does not offer Course for Bio-technology. They provide a course - B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology which I believe, is relevant. Anyways check with the website.
