Can I take up Biotechnology if I have PCMC combination in 12th?
sir,
im anusha. i finished my second year puc.my combination is physics,mathematics,chemisty and computer science. iam interested in doing B.sc and M.sc in bio technology. as i have taken PCMC as my sujects in puc can i take up bio technology? as bio technology is relatated is related to biology can i take up bio tech. plz help me sir. thank you

Hi Anusha,
Yes , of course you can take up biotechnology as your future career. The combination you are having that is PCMC is enough to pursue biotechnology in the undergraduate level. Biotechnology is related to both of maths and biology, and it also have relation to chemistry. So, you will have no problem in future. After B.Sc in biotechnology you can take up M.Sc in biotechnology as master's degree course. Best of luck!
