Re: Being a student of commerce can I do well in BCA?
It is important that one select the course that interests them. They should have the required skills to complete the course successfully. The knowledge thus gained should be useful for them at the job front. It looks like you have no interest in the field of computer application. If you are unable to change over to another stream of your interest now then you will need to follow a systematic approach to complete the course. You should if required go for required training.

Re: Being a student of commerce can I do well in BCA?
Please don't say like that, "unfortunetly i got admission in bca", already you are in 2nd year in BCA and just last one year you will have to complete to get your degree. According to your question, most probably, Mathematics related issue you are facing now.... If you have enough confidence (and I think you have), you can join any institute/personal care for only maths study. Even you can getting help from Web / read magazines (IT/computer related) that helps to overcome this issue. But I think, at this stage it is not good to leave this course and change stream while you are going almost near to get the degree. Please keep patience and hope you will get your degree within the time frame. After all it is your matter, that entirely depends on you.
