what are the benefits given to a indian handicapped goverment employee .

the benefits given are the same as the benefits given to the sc/st candidates,
you will be having an benefit right from the selection level,
also the there will be an age relaxations for you,
although there will be some area of field where you will be not allowed to work because of the physical demands but over all you will be having an very good life,
also your children will be given some benefits in government jobs and in there education also

Being Physical Handicap is no longer hopeless thing because Government of India has given such Previledges to PH candidates that now they had become one of the Luckiest persons of India.


All government Entrance or Jobs atc. have relaxation of 5 to 10 years in age limit and atleast 5% in aggregate.If any organisation does not follows the previlledege power given to PH for there welfare it will be consudered as Punish able offence. Some private organisations also come forward for helping such candidates like- NGO's. Besides this there are various jobs which are specially meant for Handicapped candidates, like- Many posts of clerk, few posts under lok sabha secretriate, Stenographer etc.

Fee concessions are there, free 2nd class return ticket if appearing for any Government job interview or medical tests etc.

Lots of facilities have been alotted.

Further if you are PH candidate belonging to any backward community like- SC/ST OBC (NCL) then its gold for you, because both PH and backward community previllages will be there for you.

No longer the life of PH had remain Miserable

There are more facilities For Handicapped person whether Employee or not .
age relaxation for handicapped in all government sector , railway ,bank and
many other field.

I am Physically handipped and getting job from Government on Handipped quata and working as Senior Assistnat at present and completed all required tests for promotion as Dy. Tahsildar also and completed 4 years service in Senior Assistant cader in Revenue Department of A.P.State government. Kindly inform attional benefits for promotion as Physicall handicapped

In every sector they can benifits from age and other relaxation like

Age- they give to 7 years relaxation in government sector job also

They have give separate seat to allocate them to give job in different position...

There are several benefits given to Disabled by Central Goverment.

1. After a study government has found out that several jobs that come under Group A and B are ideal for handicapped persons. Therefore under the instructions by the govt. handicapped are given preference on these jobs.

2. In govt banks physically handicapped are given relaxation in educational requirement.

3. Residential houses to handicapped govt employees are given on priority basis.

4. Handicapped employees in Group C and Group D are given posting as near their native place as possible. Transfer requests of such employees are also given preference.

5. University Grants Commission has also made sure that blind candidates gets teaching jobs in universities if they are qualified for the post.
