Need guidance for preparation of IIT-JEE entrance? List best books for the study purpose?
I am a student of class 8th, and I want to start preparation of IIT- JEE till now. I need guidance for the preparation of IIT-JEE. What type of reference books are needed for the preparation?

1.Organic Chemistry by: Morrison & Boyd, Arihant 2.Physical Chemistry by: P.Bahadur 3.Inorganic Chemistry by: J.D.Lee 4.Physics by: D.C.Pandey 5.Maths-IIT Mathematics by: M.L.Khanna or Amti M Agarwal 6.Physics by: H.C.Verma, Halliday Resnick and walker 7.General Chemistry by: J.D. Lee, O.P. Agarwal, R.C.Mukerjee 8.IIT Maths by: M.L. Khanna ,I.A.Maron Also, try to follow these tips to score well in your JEE examination without the help of any coaching Institute: 1. Read you text book detailed and several times. As it is the main syllabus for any entrance-exam. So do not neglect it. 2. Write more. After read any chapter, practice the questions & problems for more advanced on this chapter. 3. Practice previous years questions paper, so that you can understand the question format. 4. CBSE has designed its syllabus pattern as per the IIT level. So my first suggestion to you is that you should prefer CBSE board for your 11th and 12th education.
Also you simply have to follow below given tips for getting good rank in your IIT entrance exam : ** Try to learn the fundamentals of the concepts rather then memorizing the concepts. ** Always try to solve 50-60 problems on per topic or chapter ** Always start preparing from 'Basics'. ** Practice of previous year's papers; it will give you the idea about the type of questions asked in the exam. ** Make your own strategy to crack the exam, rather then following others.
