The different streams or specialisation in MBA are HR, marketing, finance and IT so you can analyse you skills and may be you can go through pcychometry test and decide as to which you are suitable accordingly you can opt for specialisation. Don't think for market demand but see your skills, marketing field people get paid highest but that doesn't mean everyone should go for marketing. Most of people will not be good in canversing or convincing people then they fail when they go for jobs and they have end turning to other field instead of their specialisation. So think and decide and then take specialisation.

The answer is not easy. There are various branches of MBA that offer great career scope. It depends on your choice and apart from that you should also see the current demand. MBA as you may know is called Master of Business Administration which is 2 years long post graduation course.
