Dear friend,
Aeronautical engineering is a branch of engineering which deals with the design and construction of spacecrafts and aircrafts. Actually, spacecraft designing and construction falls under Astronautical engineering. Aeronautical engineer uses various technologies like propulsion, aerodynamics, material science and avionics so that the spacecrafts and aircrafts could pass through severe conditions such as difference in pressure, difference in temperature, heavy structural load etc. the manufacturing of aircrafts demands a careful balance between the different aspects of manufacturing like design, technology, abilities and available costs.

Aeronautical engineering course is provided by number of institutes in India. Some of these colleges are government while others are private. These colleges have superb infrastructure, well equipped labs, excellent faculty members and libraries with galore of books related to the subject. The students coming out from these institutes are well-trained and are placed with some of the best companies in the business. Entrance exam is also conducted for the purpose of admissions under this course.

Aeronautical Engineering:-

Aeronautical Engineering basically deals with the study of the principles and technology to design and manufacture of sophisticated products such as aircraft, missiles and space satellites. You may get to work in the areas like design, development, and maintenance as well as in the managerial and teaching posts in institutes.

Eligibility of Aerospace Engineering:-

## To study this course firstly you need to have science at 10+2 level and you need to complete higher secondary exam or its equivalent from a recognized university.

## At 10+2 level it is important to secure not less than 50% of marks in physics, chemistry and maths taken together.

## If you want to do B.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering then you need to sit for the various entrance exams there for this course.

## To do M.Tech you need to have a B.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering or any other branches of engineering like Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation etc.

Aeronautical Engineering course is one of the demand courses in engineering stream and it have a less number of colleges but it have good scope in Future . Aeronautical Engineering deals with designing , research , construction , development of aircraft and spacecraft . To apply for this course , the candidate need to holding the Higher Secondary Qualification from a recognized Institution or board .
