MBA degree is enough to find a reputed job. As a fresher, you can look for Management Trainee positions in PSU or in other public sector departments. CIL, HAL, etc are some of the firms where you can try for such jobs. If you are interested in higher studies, try for Ph.D or M.Phil programs. The courses can be pursued with specialization in subjects like management or strategic management.
