what is the best option after completing B.TECH Bioinformatics?

i will advice you to go for M.TECH in bioinformatics that will really give your career an edge

Best option after B.TECH (Bioinformatics) is to go for Mtech in (bioinformatics)
with specialisation in Computational Biology or Drugs designing.

Career prospect after that is promissing.

However,decision is yours.

their are several options after doing b.tech in bioinfirmatics:

1)if you are in your final year then try to get job from your campus placement,which is the best option.

2)their are several off-campus openings also in several research institutes,cari,nari,icar etc for which you can apply.

3)or another good option is to go for higher studies like mba and you can go in business field.

3)you can also join software companies like wipro,infosys,tcs.

after b tech you must opt for m tech or

the best option after completing b.tech in bio-informatics is going for masters degree in bio-informatics ....you can apply for gate exam ....from where you will be allotted seats in some of the best institutes of India....like iits , nits.....
and if you want to go for a job after b.tech then also you can apply for a job with valid gate score .....many companies recruit students on the basis of their score in gate exam........

best option to do MBA in bioinformatics...after that u can join any organisation even abroad also...this stream has absolutely bright future..and its rising field in india also..so go for it

you can go for m.tech and then for ph.d. in bioinformatics.

U doin the right course... and u know when it comes to techies... no one is better than an Indian . I guess if i was in ur place... i wld have preferred USA, the UK- Its killing the cost is so high!.

Where ever u go.. just dont go with the intension to get a job... spl. in UK, coz thts not tht easy.. n obv pref is given to the home ppl. But it surely wld give u a good exposure, and change ur outlook to life.
However u dont worry... u in tech field so it shld b easier for u to get a job!

I suggest you to do M.tech Bioinformatics to improve your knowledge in bioinformatics field so that you can get a valuabe job in future..........

After completing,get placed in a company... Because this discipline has lot of job oppurtunities in India as well as abroad.. If u have interest to do higher studies, prefer Mtech... U carry out research in this field... That will serve u more

It will be better to complete M.Tech through cracking GATE after B.Tech.
After masters degree job prospects will be higher for you.

You can choose the research field for further study if you want to or search for jobs in pharmaceutical and clinical industry.

you have two choices, first mtech and second is mba. In my opinion you must choose mtech because it belongs to same technical line.

No friend there are no option or opportunity to shift to pure biology after complete b.tech. bio informatics.

As you have choose b.tech. in bio informatics then your area of choose gradually decreases . So for this you have to choose at the very first of the b.tech. level

m not agree with you...
after b tech u ca shift ur branch according to ur interst ..
becoz syllabus of bioinformatics is designed in such a way so that..
u can go in all fields... eg. microbiology,metabolics,proteiomics,dna,rna,protei n analysis etc etc
