IAS stands for Indian Administrative Services. IAS exam is conducted by Union Public Service Commission. IAS exam is conducted one time in a year.

If you have completed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university then you are eligible for IAS exam.

Age Criteria:

For General: 21 to 30 years
For OBC: 21 to 33 years
For SC/ST: 21 to 35 years

No. of Attempts:

For General: 3
For OBC: 7
For SC/ST: No Restriction

Selection process for IAS exam:

1)Preliminary test
2)Mains exam
3)Personal interview

You have completed graduation degree in B.Sc in Nursing. So you can choose Anthropology and Zoology subject for optional papers for IAS exam. You can also choose Zoology subject for mains exam. All optional and mains papers are given below. You can choose the subject as per your strength.

There are many subjects which you can choose while writing for the IAS exam and the selection of the post is based on 3 stages namely Preliminary, Main and Interview. There are subjects which are to be chosen at the preliminary stage itself.

Some of the subjects which you can choose for the preliminary stage are:



Regarding the eligibility criteria which is needed to be satisfied for applying for the IAS exam are:

-> Candidate applying should have a citizenship in India

-> Age limit needed is 21-30 years of age for general category candidate and there are relaxation which are allowed for other category candidates such as 5 years extra for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC.

-> Regarding the educational qualification which is needed, it is candidate should have completed a degree in any stream from a recognized university.

IAS exam stands for Indian Administrative Service which is conducted by UPSC. You can apply IAS exam after B.Sc nursing.

You have to select one optional subject related to your stream.

IAs exam stands for Indian Administrative service for which the candidates have to appear civil service exam .This exam is conducted through UPSC every year.
There are some eligibility criteria:

The candidates should be a Citizen of India.
The candidates should be a graduate in any discipline from a recognize university.
The final year candidates can also appear this exam.
The age limit is 21 - 30 years, there is a age relaxation for reserved candidates.
