Optional subject to be taken for a B.Sc(Nursing) student in IAS exam?
i am doing B.Sc.nursing.i want to crack IAS exams.tell me about the optional subjects which are common in nursing & IAS.send me the list of all medical subjects which are available.

Some optional subject
These are the optional subject for IAS . You can choose optional subject for IAS from the following subjects: Agriculture Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science Botany Chemistry Civil Engineering Commerce Economics Electrical Engineering Geography Geology Indian History Law Mathematics Mechanical Engineering Medical Science Philosophy Physics Political Science Psychology Public Administration Sociology Statistics Zoology in the IAS exam you should be a "graduate" in some field. generally candidates choose their optional subject as the same subject that they graduated in. |

Remember, whatever background you have come from, it is not that you have to choose subjects from that background too.
You can choose subjects in which you have good knowledge, no matter whether it is your course subject or. Be confident what you choose... You can choose from the following subjects: Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Civil Engineering, Commerce and Accountancy, Economics, Electrical Engineering, Geography, Geology, History, Law, Management, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Medical Science, Philosophy, Physics, Political Science and International Relations, Psychology, Public Administration, Sociology, Statistics, Zoology. Literatures: Arabic, Assamese, Bengali, Chinese, English, French, German, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Kashmiri, Konkani, Marathi, Malayalam, Manipuri, Nepali, Oriya, Pali, Persian, Punjabi, Russian, Sanskrit, Sindhi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu. |
