But Arya college is better than poornima college:

*In Arya college good rankers of RPET take addmission.
*Campus Placement of arya college is good than pornima college.
*Campus area is also larger than Pornima college.
*Faculty of Arya college is also well experienced.

The score you have got in JEE is very low. So, the better option for you is to try for admission in one of the private universities by clearing their entrance exam (apart from accepting JEE score). Some options you should consider are: Lovely Professional University, AMU, Thapar, VIT, Osmania. All of them have good placement record, better faculty and education facilities.
As you percentage is nearly good, so among the above universities, I have heard about LPU giving scholarship to students (within limited duration in which admission is to be taken).
