Which is a better institute iiit jabalpur,iiit chennai or thapar for future prospectus

I Think IIIT Jabalpur is a far better institute than the other two.it is a central-govt institution.it is ranked among the top institutions of india and has a briliant placement record.

all the institutes you have mentioned are the good institute.

iiit chennai and the iiit jabalpur are the new institutes as compared to the the thapar institute of technology , patiala.

in future thapar institute of technology is th better than the iiit chennai and iiit jabalpur.

Since you have not mentioned as about which among ug or pg courses you are asking for.So I am going to tell you a common choice.Focussing on the 2011 Top Engineering Institutes Ranking, THE THAPAR INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY has been placed in 20th position.And its one of the most demanded Private Institute in India.
So, i would recommend you to go for Thapar.Because its the best institute known much for his Placement strategies.
After Thapar among your options,IIIT chennai comes then IIIT Jabalpur.

among iiit jabalpur, iiit chennai and thapar, thapar university is the best. thapar is providing the best placements to most of the students in topmost multinational companies. the teaching staff of the thapar university is excellent. the campus and environment is great. only problem in thapar university is its fees. its fees of any course will be approximately double of that of iiit jabalpur and iiit chennai. but that fees is overcomed by the placement which a student gets from there.
so in my opinion, you must take admission in thapar university

2 Halls of residence are completed in IIITDMJ. Hostel infra is far better to others. It has developed ferociously in the past 3 yrs... so dont hesitate to join in IIITDMJ. The Hindu, leading national new paper stated IIITDMJ in the top 5 best colgs in AIEEE 2011.

I think IIT jabalpur college is the best one as it is a goverment college and in most the further study there is no option of any private college excep bits pilani

No comparison with IIIT Jabalpur. Brilliant teachers, fantastic placement record, novel hostel facility and most importantly a central govt institute. I rank it above all NITs and new IITs.

IIIT jabalpur is best for ME ...who says placement record is bad max placement 24.12 lacs p.a and avg about 6 lacs p.a...and faculty of IIITDMJ (of mechanical ) are one of the topmost frm their field

as far as i think IIITs are far better then any new IIT and most of the NITs (except few top NITs). As these are new colleges so they don't have any ranking right now, but in future these college will lead.
among your options,,,i think IIIT Chennai is the best...it was started in IIT MADRAS campus in 2007....last year it was shifted to its parmanent campus.

IIIT Jabalpur is the best among the three. It has machines in labs which even IITs dont have. It has direct collaboration with Japan, and companies like Canon, Hitachi, Mitsubishi etc from Japan recruit and offer internships to students here. who said the hostels are not constructed i study there superb hostels are constructed there are in total three big and specious hostels..

IIIT Jabalpur is of the known college in India and it has very high repo among IIT's. And it is even better than many IIT's.Great infra with good labs and faculty.

ofcourse IIIT jabalpur...its central govt, institute.....has budget equal to that of IITs......have one of the best hostels of india.....far better than compared to thapar which is a private and has very high fee....in 2012 average placement of IIIT was 7.6lpa for ECE, 7.2lpa for CSE and 6.8lpa for mech. ...though the labs and campus is still under construction...it still has several facilities like high speed wi-fi, sport comlex for indoor and outdoor.....within a year swimming pool will also be completed.....moreover all the faculties are pass out from reputed institutes like IITs....IIT kanpur was its mentor......every year few talented students from every branch get to go on an industrial visit to japan....and some students get the chance to go on intern at MNCs like Canon, mitsubishi etc. at japan...

IIIt jabalpur is batter option because production engineering is an sub branch. job prospect will be less. while IIIT jabalpur is central university and faculties are very good and experienced. This institute also has tie up with japan where u will have a option for higher study or job.
