i want to know which books is better for 10th MATH AND SCIENCE ? is enough to read NCERT ?

Well i don't think they will be sufficient.Especially in maths for board exams you have to practice a lot.By doing your NCERT math's book you can at the most get 60%for for a better percentage you have to practice other books.
Books i and my teachers recommend are R.D. Sharma and S.Chand.
and coming to science if you are perfect with ur NCERT textbook u can try Lakhmir singh books.

Well,
to score around 80 per cent ,it is sufficient to stick to ncert books. but u have to be thorough to them , knowing what each and every word of the book means.
but if u want to score more than dat , than u must consult ref. as i told you before.
