Is bsc-it from ksou is ugc, dec, aicte,mhrd approved. I am from west bengal after comleting this course we can go for government job.

Yes this is UGC recognised and you will be eligible to apply in government jobs.

Karnataka State Open University was formally established on June 1, 1996 under the Karnataka State Open University Act of 1992 .

Karnataka State Open University is approved by UGC But Karnataka State Open University is not approved by AICTE.

Karnataka State Open University is not approved by MHRD .

The acronym for KSOU is Karnataka State Open University.


KSOU university is approved by UGC(University Grants Commission) and DEC(Distance Education Council).


But, this university is not approved by AICTE(All India Council for Technical Education) and MHRD(Ministry of Human Resource Development).


This university is approved by ACU(Association of Commonwealth Universities), AIU( Association of Indian Universities), COL(Commonwealth of Learning) and AAOU(Asian Association of Open Universities).


B.Sc IT from KSOU is approved by only UGC and DEC.

I have done my 2puc in KSOU is this approved from "MHRD"? Kindly let us know the details ASAP and i can apply for private sector and Govt sector jobs?

I have done bsc it in 2010 from KSOU.but I did not get my degree.i had applied many times.but they always give excuses.can I apply for degree now. Is it valid for abroad or not.
