Is B.Tech degree through distance mode of KSOU approved by joint committee ( AICTE, DEC, UGC)

Can get B.TEch through distance learning application/admission form in next week on 27.09.11

Sir, I am ganesh babu,i complete my Diploma Electrical & Electronics Engineering in 2009, after that complete Post Diploma Course in Thermal Power Plant Engineering(NPTI)2010,now i working in ESSAR POWER(2011),i want join Btech Mechanical (part time) in KSOU.My question is KSOU approved by AICTE are not,Please answer and clear my doubt....

How can i make sure that the B-Tech- Mechanical distance course in RVD university is approved by DEC,UGC and AICTE. Pl answer.

I would like to study B.Tech-Mechanical in RVD unversity through SSK collage in chennai. But how can i make sure that the B.Tech-mechanical distance course is approved by UGC,DEC,AICTE.
Also i came to know that this course may cancel at any time if the indian central govt changed. Pl confirm and clear my doubt to proceed further.
