Can a 10th passed student attemp the enterence exam of nift?if yes than what type of questions ask in it?

To appear for the entrance exam of NIFT, you will have to be eligible for it.

You must be passed in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as the primary subjects.

Or

3 or 4 years Diploma recognized by AICTE or State Board of Technical Education.

If you meet anyone of the above eligibility requirement, then you are eligible to appear for NIFT Entrance exam.

  • Kangra,
  • Gandhinagar,
  • Hyderabad,
  • Chennai,

No, you can't apply for NIFT ( National Institute Of Fashion Technology ) entrance exam.

Eligibility to appear in the exam is :

Minimum qualification needed to appear in the test is 12th from recognized board with minimum five subjects.
Diploma holders can also appear in the exam.
Maximum age is 23 years.

So, first complete your 12th or diploma then only you can appear in the exam.

No, you are neither eligible for bachelor course NIFT entrance test nor eligible for the master course NIFT entrance test after completing your 10th class.

You must have to complete at least your 12th standard from any recognized board for appearing in the NIFT entrance test.

One more thing that you must have to fulfill for appearing in the NIFT entrance test is your age must not be more than 23 years for the bachelor course NIFT test , however there is no age limit for the master level entrance test.

You can apply for NIFT exam after completion of 12th standard.Those candidates who have general certificate are also eligible for this exam.Diploma holder students can also apply for this exam.

Age should not be more than 23 years.

Bachelor of design :- You should have completed 12th in physics,chemistry and maths to join for this.

Age should not be more than 23 years.

Master in design:-You must have graduation degree for apply this.Bachelor in arts,bachelor of science in Textiles & clothing,Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts.

No You are not eligible for NIFT exam after passing 10th standard.You should have minimum 12th passed in Physics,chemistry & maths subject.

Age should be between 18 to 23 years.

After completing 12th or Bachelor degree you can apply for Master degree in Design.

There is no specific age limitations are required for Master Degree.
