Yes, why not, candidates who had studied upto 12th from Andhra Pradesh can join Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of surgery course in Mumbai. The admission in MBBS course is done on basis of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. NEET is conducted by CBSE and is one and only entrance examination for admission of candidates in MBBS and BDS course.

You can apply for NEET and clear it and then participate in All India counselling which is 15% seats in all medical throughout India. You can select colleges in Mumbai under 15% quota seats when you participate in counselling. To be eligible for NEET, you must have done 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and scored minimum of 50% marks in it.
