Yes, you can have MBA with specialization in technology management. MBA in Information Technology is an apt degree for you. Also try for MBA in Systems Management. If you are interested in Operations, Operations Management will be a good choice. MBA in Communication Management or Nanotechnology can also be selected.

I am BA Pass from Delhi Universtiy, pursuing regular BTech(in third year) - I want to join MBA distance learning program.
Is this valid to do two courses simulteneously?

Yes, you can pursue your MBA degree in technology management, Delhi university provides such course.
But the best institute for technology management is NITIE (national institute of industrial engineering).
It is situated in Mumbai.
