Can a BTECH (Computer Sc) graduate join PG course in Political Sc from JNU?

First thing is that M.A in Political Science i.e.post graduation is not possible without doing B.A in Political Science for 3 years.
And especially for JNU you must have 45% in B.A ,So,for you it is not possible as you have done B.Tech but not B.A .

But you may apply for B.A it just need 10+2 passed with any stream.

I thing so being a B.Tech holder M.A is not of use for you beside this if you will apply for M.Tech it will benificial for you.
