A diploma holder can't apply for the post of RRB Section Engineer because the qualification required for RRB Section Engineer is four years Bachelor's Degree in Concerned Engineering Discipline like Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation & Control / IT / Communication etc.
But, a diploma holder can apply for the post of Junior Engineer in Railway . Eligibility criteria for Junior Engineer in Railway are as under :- -The candidate should have passed three years Diploma in concerned Engineering Discipline like Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics etc. -The candidate age limit should be in between 20 years to 35 Years.There is relaxation in upper age limit for OBC candidates by 3 years and 5 years for SC/ST candidates. Selection Procedure : written examination medical test interview and certificate verification. Syllabus for the examination consists of General Awareness Arithmetic General intelligence and Reasoning General Science Technical Ability |
