the minimum requirement for eligibility is having any degree to write upsc(civils) exam.you can write it.there is no problem with your degree.you have to work hard to achieve it.and you have a minimum of 21 years.try and try untill you reach your gaol....best of luck

The forms to appear for the Civil Service Examination are made available generally towards the end of the year. The exam is conducted in the following year. There are two stages of the entrance exam.
