No, you can’t apply for BTC since you have completed B.Com. To appear for the exam, the candidate must be a non commerce graduate or post graduate. Also, you need experience in Transaction Processing / Billing /Data Management. The aspirant should have good communication skill. Proficiency in computers is also needed to appear for the exam. So, you need to pursue any non commerce graduation course in order to apply for the BTO exam.
