You have completed MA degree from Karnataka state open university so you are eligible for college service commission .

Because KSOU degree is recognized by UGC .

The Educational Qualification required for college service commission Exam is masters degree from recognized university with above 55% marks .Marks relaxation provide for SC/ST category , needed 50% in masters degree.Final year student are also eligible for college service commission Exam

There is no age criteria for college service commission Exam.
