Hello friend,
Of course you can register for the Company Secretary course being in the second year of your BCom program.
The minimum qualification required to be eligible for the course is +2.
So, you will have to enroll for the Foundation Program which will be followed by the Executive Program and Professional Program along with a practical training for a period of 15 months.
The registration can be done anytime during a year.
To appear for December examination of a given year, you must enroll on or before 31st March and to appear for June exam, you must have registered on or before 30th September of the previous year.
