How to do post basic BSc Nursing in government? I have finished my diploma in nursing

i have finished my diploma in nursing in 2012. now i want to do post basic bsc nursing in government. now what i have to do? please guide me. |

now i am doing my GNM Nursing and i hope i will study further again to persue my dream of becoming IAS? Does IAS depends on my marks at present or my rank in IAS Entrance
