The Central Council has approved that the new announcement of allowing a Graduate student (B.com, B.Sc., BBA,etc) to directly join the IPCC course without writing CA-CPT Exam. The council announced that the eligibility criteria for the graduates to write IPCC directly is as under:

1. In case of a Commerce Graduate – 55%

2. In case of a Non-Commerce Graduate – 60%

In my opinion you Can apply for IPCC directly after scoring 62% in B.Com.
Spacically minimum 55% marks is required from any stream of graduation level. But I have some confusition , so i suggest you to get more information directly from authority.

there are some criteria for ipcc by icai.
* the candidates can apply for ipcc after b.com having 55% in aggregate .
the non commerce student should have 60% in aggregate .
then they can do this.

You can register yourself with ICAI for appearing for IPCC exam. The limit is 55% marks since you have more than that you can directly register.
