i have completed my graduation by eiilm university can i apply for ips officer
exam? pls reply

Hi dear,
EIILM university is UGC approved. You have completed your graduation then you can appear in the ips exam. To become an IPS you have to appear in UPSC exams and i tell you that it is too tough to crack this exam. But, if you work hard and a laborious student definitely you will pass out.
For this exam, you have to be good in history and social science.
