Can I apply for a job(as a civil engineer) in various government departments like Irrigation, PWD/CPWD and MCD in Hariyana and Delhi? I have done my B.Tech(civil engineering) from RVD University, Udaipur through correspondence


I have passed b-tech (civil) from RVD university udaipur through distance education. I want to know this degree is eligble for govt. job in haryana and delhi in following departments.
1. Irrigation.
2. pwd/ cpwd.
3. Mcd.
