Can I apply for the post of TNPSC exam? My 2nd language is Hindi
I can able to speak fluently in tamil but i dont know to write... my second language is hindi.. whether i can apply for the post..

My second language is French but I know to read and write Tamil. Am I eligible to attend the TNPSC...??

I have applied for second language test in 2013 but I lost the application. Can I get it from TNPSC because it is needed for probation declaration. Can anybody help me regarding this??
